Long term stays longer than one month

The need for longer stays has increased over the last 5 years. We started out in 2016 hosting short Airbnb stays. Emigration of young families created an opportunity to host these families when they return to South Africa to visit the elderly parents left behind. Having a spacious house or cottage to call home for 4 or 5 weeks was a bonus for these young famlies with their children. Some have booked with us and used our property as a base in Johannesburg whle they travel to other parts of the country where they could leave most of their possessions in a safe place and only taking what they need to travel.

Companies and the corporate world, have also realised the benefits of booking a property where their entire team can stay together for the duration of a construction projects. We have hosted company stays of up to a year. For companies working in Alrode, Klipriver, Wadeville, Germiston, Madison House is easily accessible to all main roads. The property provides a "home away from home" feeling and level of comfort for the staff who are away from home for long periods of time. The braai facilties and swimming pool have been very popular with the guys just wanting to relax after a 12 hour work day on site.
