CANCELLATION POLICY

SHORT STAYS

Cancellations 1 day before arrival - FORFEIT 100% 1 DATE CHANGE IS ALLOWED

Cancellations 7 days before arrival - FORFEIT 20%

Cancellation 14 days before arrival - FORFEIT 50%

LONG STAYS (3 MONTHS OR MORE)

1 month refundable damage deposit required upfront with first month payment. (Refunds take up to 7 days to be processed).

All monthly rentals are must be paid by 30th of each month.

1 month notice is required to vacate should you need to leave earlier than originally booked. No refunds for earlier departure.
